I just returned home from Canton Furniture Show in China and want to share my experience with you. First and foremost, I was really excited about of the caliber of the show. I have visited most known furniture expos all over the United States but what I witnessed at Canton Show was at least ten times more than the largest furniture show in US. Over 100,000 m, 1,500 furniture companies presenting their work, besides, I noticed at least two new pavilions in construction. It took me FOUR full days to just briefly visit the booths for the companies introducing modern, contemporary, traditional or neoclassic furniture designed for variety of customers.

China furniture industry is sure growing up and growing up dramatically. I have also visited two main furniture industry-oriented cities: Foshan and Gaundong - they have miles and miles of furniture factories, looking very busy. I saw a multitude of trucks loading or unloading next to them. Some of the factories that I observed, were at the size of a commercial garage, another ones had their own hotels to accommodate their customers at the time of their stay ....

Quality of China-made furniture has improved considerably for past ten years. Nowadays, it belongs somewhere alongside the mid-quality-European furniture manufacturers, with the advantage of the much lower price range and ability to customize any model according to customers' needs.

I was also surprised with the state of the production area at the factories - they have a very clean environment, the staff is very friendly, the management and engineers are quite knowledgeable, all above accompanied with the brand-new equipment.

Hi guys. I am here to revue an Italian wall unit that I purchased online from MIG Furniture Design, Inc., they have really nice selection of modern furniture styles. This one came from the company called SPAR GROUP, I am doing this revue mainly because if you want to by something modern like this and you can not buy it in your local furniture store, you do not know what you are getting, you have to buy it blindly, you do not know the quality, you do not know how is the wood looks like, you do not know if you will like it, how it is going to fit, so I am really hoping that will help people who wants to by modern furniture like this.

This specific wall unit cost me $3000.00, it is pretty pricey but once again if you want to buy some quality furniture like this you have to pay premium because it is not to many options.

This modern wall unit took six-seven weeks for delivery, it was special order like most orders from Italy, this line of wall units is customizable so its all special orders and take some time to arrive, so my advise to order it in advance.

This specific wall unit I got with book shelves, 3 storage units and 2 shelves, they all seat on the 3 pieces base board that lift a wall unit up a couple of inches and give it a good look, this base board is optional but i think you should go with it. Shelves are mounted to the wall using metal brackets, shelf is easily mounted on top of brackets. As you can see on the video it is vary smart design, easy to install and vary well leveled. Overall shelves looks grate, vary steady, the wood is vary thick, shelves weight about 60 lb., all wall unit is vary heavy and steady.

Storage units, they are looks vary nice, opens up vary well. It is a good space inside the drawer, you can see on my video that is large box inside, wood inside is also very well made, I did a lot of shopping and can tell you that is the best product I ever see. Well made mechanism, you do not have to push it hard to close the drawer. An once again I am wary satisfied with the space inside the drawer.

Overall the quality is grate, wall unit looks unique and nice, easy installation cause most unit was installed, installation took me about 1.5 hours.
